About this role
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Revenue Cycle Technician is responsible for managing a variety of higher-level tasks within revenue cycle. The Revenue Cycle Technician is considered to have a working proficiency in denial management, payment processing, coordination of benefits, sequencing of payers, contracts, and exclusions. The Revenue Cycle Technician can interpret payer contracts and agreements, as well as prior authorization requirements. This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
