Southwest Human Development is Arizona’s largest nonprofit dedicated to early childhood development, supporting more than 140,000 children and families each year. The EHR Help Desk Analyst serves as the first point of contact for MyAvatar EHR support, resolving Tier 1 issues and assisting with Tier 2 troubleshooting related to documentation, scheduling, access, reporting, billing-adjacent processes, and telehealth workflows. This role supports software updates and testing, provides responsive user support and training, assists with basic configuration and reporting, and collaborates with IT, application teams, and vendors to improve system performance and usability. Onsite role in Phoenix, AZ.
