The Senior Digital Content Producer is a hands-on creative and project leader responsible for producing, managing, and optimizing digital content that elevates Southwest Human Development’s voice, impact, and visibility. This role blends content creation, storytelling, project management, and channel management, requiring someone who can move seamlessly from concept to execution. This position plays a critical role in translating the work of SWHD programs into compelling, human-first content across social media, email, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly practical: comfortable creating their own photos, videos, graphics, and written content while also managing timelines, stakeholders, and performance outcomes.
