About this role
The Inclusion Specialist supports children with disabilities in Early Head Start and Head Start settings by promoting inclusive practices across classroom and home-based environments. This role conducts observations and assessments, provides coaching and modeling to staff, and collaborates with families and service providers to create individualized support plans. The position also delivers targeted training to enhance staff capacity and ensure developmentally appropriate, inclusive learning experiences for all children.
