About this role
The Pathway Home (TPH) Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the overall clinical quality and oversight of the clinical services provided, meeting regulatory and accreditation standards within the program, and supporting staff in engaging customer-owners in the appropriate level of care. TPH is a co-ed Residential Treatment Center providing comprehensive, individualized mental health services to adolescents aged 13 to 18 years old. The vision of TPH is to provide a safe and nurturing environment which is sensitive to culture, rich in relationship, and committed to addressing traumatic experiences.
