Summary of Job Responsibilities: The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Nurse Manager is responsible for the quality assurance, quality improvement, nursing standards, and clinical outcomes for the department. The Nurse Manager works closely with the operational and clinical leadership providing nursing leadership, clinical input, and consultation to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality customer care in accordance with organizational and program specific policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations. Works as a collaborative partner to facilitate process improvement and ensure that all nursing services are coordinated within the department, across SCF, and in the community.
