About this role
The Senior/Lead BI Analyst designs, builds, and supports SPP’s Business Intelligence solutions that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and operational decisions. This role develops scalable data models, dashboards, and reports; partners with stakeholders to understand needs; and ensures BI platforms are reliable, secure, and well-documented. Senior Analysts focus on expert hands-on development and troubleshooting, while Lead Analysts additionally shape BI strategy, define architecture, drive cross-team implementations, and mentor other team members.
