About this role
The Engineer is responsible for understanding the current market design, evaluating and recommending design modifications, and analyzing the impacts of proposed changes. This role supports the development of market design expertise across the organization and plays a key role in facilitating market design changes through the SPP stakeholder process. The Engineer supports the Market Working Group by performing market analysis, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that implemented software and processes align with approved market design principles.
