About this role
The supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily activities of the associates on the shift while keeping our main objectives in the forefront of all decisions – safety, quality, delivery, and cost. To provide assistance to associates on quality related items. To provide guidance to ensure that all fabrics are processed in the safest, most quality conscience manner possible. To provide detailed communication between shifts and within their shift to ensure goals and expectations are clearly defined. In achieving these goals, this individual must ensure the most efficient, cost effective means are used to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
