About this role
Pink Elephant is a venture builder and investment company developing an ecosystem of progressive mental health solutions. Our portfolio combines media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine, and technology to make evidence-based therapies and holistic practices more accessible. Through our media platform States of Mind, we create high-quality content, diagnostic tools, and a curated provider marketplace, helping people navigate options from psychotherapy and ketamine therapy to wellness supplements and mindfulness practices. We focus on Europe and other advanced markets, preparing infrastructure for the coming wave of psychedelic and mental health innovation.
Our mission is to destigmatize and expand access to progressive mental health solutions, ranging from advanced therapies to holistic practices - supporting both individuals with clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD, and those seeking to strengthen their overall mental well-being. We combine scientific rigor and evidence-based standards with clear, accessible communication to make these tools understandable and usable for everyone.
One of the key products in the portfolio: Claro (withclaro.com) - an early-stage AI mental health product supporting people taking antidepressants.The product helps users track progress, understand side effects, prepare for doctor visits, and make the treatment journey clearer and less isolating.
The Role
As Head of Growth & GTM, you'll own the go-to-market for Pink Elephant's key mental health app - Claro. This is a 0→1 role: your first job is to find product-market fit, then build the engine that turns early signal into repeatable, profitable growth. You'll move between user discovery, positioning experiments, channel testing, and retention data - figuring out who Claro is for, why they stay, and how to reach them at scale without breaking trust in a regulated, wellbeing-sensitive category.
What You'll Drive
• Find & sharpen PMF - run structured discovery (user interviews, retention curves, cohort analysis) to pin down the segments where Claro sticks; own positioning and messaging, validated through live tests; close the loop with product on what drives retention.
• Build the GTM motion - test channels (organic, paid, content, referral) to find efficient, repeatable acquisition before scaling spend; own ASO end-to-end; stand up paid UA (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) once channel-message fit is proven, against CAC/LTV/ROAS targets; set up privacy-compliant measurement (AppsFlyer/Adjust, SKAdNetwork, server-side events).
• Activation, retention & monetization - own the full funnel (install → activation → trial → subscription); run lifecycle marketing; partner with product on paywall, pricing, and trial mechanics.
• Lead - build a lean growth team; align analytics and roadmap with product/data; report PMF and growth progress to leadership.
3-Month Outcomes
• Evidence-based PMF thesis for Claro: defined segment, validated positioning, reliable retention benchmark;
• At least one repeatable acquisition channel validated within target CAC/LTV;
• Organic install share meaningfully grown via ASO and content/referral loops;
• Measurement stack fully implemented with reliable, privacy-compliant reporting.
What You Bring
• 6+ years in growth/GTM for consumer mobile apps, including hands-on work taking products through (or near) PMF - not only scaling proven funnels;
• Track record of channel discovery, positioning experiments, and turning retention signal into repeatable acquisition; hands-on ASO and paid UA at scale;
• Deep data fluency: cohort analysis, CAC-to-LTV modeling, attribution, retention/incrementality testing;
• Fluent with the mobile growth stack (AppsFlyer/Adjust, Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Firebase, GA4);
• US and/or Western Europe launch experience; first-hand grasp of app store dynamics and privacy regulation (ATT, GDPR);
• Healthtech/wellness or other regulated B2C is a strong plus, but not required;
• Genuine interest in mental health and mission-driven products; comfortable balancing growth with trust and compliance;
• Personal experience with antidepressants - highly preferred.
