About this role
Our Assistant Directors of Environmental Services at Schlegel Villages support our Village team members with coaching and leadership while ensuring our Village is a safe and clean home for our residents. They foster exemplary relationships with residents and their families, and support the Village team in focusing on flexible living and quality of life while working in collaboration with the Director of Environmental Services.
