Compensation:
Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9am and 9pm, Monday through Saturday, 10am and 6pm Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. Availability of two weekends per month is required, three is preferred. Average hours per week: 15-20 Hours
Responsibilities:
• Gather merchandise from the sales floor to accurately fill online customer orders based on assigned lists.
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to safely prepare materials for shipping.
• Verify quality control and account for every item on an order before it is shipped to the customer.
• Develop a strong understanding of brands, specialty shops, and internal inventory systems to quickly locate products within the store.
• Generate restock lists and pull merchandise to replenish the sales floor and maintain full product displays.
• Tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise to prepare it for the sales floor or back stock storage.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and organized appearance across the sales floor, fulfillment stations, and back stock areas.
• Execute project work plans, multitask, and revise daily tasks as appropriate to meet changing store and fulfillment needs.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail, judgment, and tact.
• Work an assigned schedule, which may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• PT availability is required which includes submitting availability of at least 2 weekends a month and 2 nights a week. Friday availability is expected on weekends that are listed as available.
• Complete all other duties and tasks as assigned by the leadership team.

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED); 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of both.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.
