About this role
Supervise staff with respect to performance of duties to ensure compliance with directives and guidelines. Evaluate employee’s performance at the appropriate time – after 90 days, then at each anniversary Ensure smooth running of all store operations – from customer relations to stocking of new product Ensure store always looks neat and clean, free of debris and very presentable Follow all daily income handling procedures, including POS procedures, policies for counting and banking income. Ensure current work schedules are posted at the store and sent to administrative office. Ensure timecards are accurate, signed, and submitted in a timely manner.
