About this role
The Insights Manager is a key member of the Donor Data & Insights team, responsible for transforming complex fundraising data into actionable insights using a modern analytics technology stack (Blackbaud CRM, Snowflake Data Warehouse, Amperity Constituent Data Platform, PowerBI Business Intelligence platform). This role supervises the Donor Data Analyst and provides leadership in reporting and business intelligence (BI) functions. The role works closely with the Data Engineer on Snowflake and CDP architecture, collaborates with Senior Relational Fundraising staff to build a robust pipeline to support one-to-one fundraising disciplines, and collaborates with the MarCom team to optimize the use of the CDP for journey mapping and segmentation.
