Leads the laboratory support function for rubber and vinyl mixing operations across three shifts with responsibility for color matching, incoming material testing, rheology support, lab discipline, and corrective action follow-through. This role is accountable for identifying and resolving the root causes of color variation, batch inconsistencies, and testing issues while maintaining strong standards for quality, speed, and accuracy.
