About this role
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for ensuring clean, proper and safe operation of all building systems as well as general maintenance of the building, in cooperation with the Property Manager. This includes the general upkeep and appearance of the interior and exterior of the building, maintenance and repairs of building operating components and other general duties as directed by the Property Manager.
