Revolution is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our Terre Haute, Indiana and Flint, Michigan manufacturing facilities. This highly visible leadership role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations while supporting a multi-state workforce. As a key member of the leadership team, this position oversees all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and support business objectives across both locations.
