About this role
The mortgage originator is responsible for developing new business through relationships with builders, real estate agents and other referral sources. Essential Functions include: 1. Originating investment quality mortgage loans (FHA, VA, conventional, USDA). 2. Servicing mortgage referrals from banking centers.
