Job Title: Shuttle Bus Driver
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for safely and punctually transporting guests while providing a comfortable and professional ride experience.
This role requires adherence to schedules, flexibility with traffic conditions, strong safety awareness, and clear communication with dispatch and team members.
JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Safely transport guests to their destinations in a timely and courteous manner
• Provide a comfortable, professional, and friendly ride experience
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary due to traffic or conditions
• Conduct pre-trip, in-service, and post-trip vehicle safety inspections
• Comply with traffic laws and company safety policies
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and operations regarding delays or issues
• Respond appropriately to unexpected situations, including detours and assisting guests with special needs
• Ensure punctual departures and arrivals to maintain service reliability
• Perform basic vehicle upkeep and promptly report mechanical issues
Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
REQUIREMENTS
【Must】
• Experience
• Experience driving large or commercial vehicles
• Basic knowledge and experience in safe passenger transportation
• Education and Qualification
• Valid working visa in Japan
• Valid Driver’s License (Medium vehicle license or higher)(Japanese, international, or foreign driver’s license with an official Japanese Translation)
• For international license, D stamp is required
• Skills
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with traffic laws
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Language Skills
• Business level or above in English
• Competencies
• Customer-focused, maintaining a friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to work well with dispatch and team members
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and evenings

• Experience
• Experience as a shuttle, transportation, or hospitality driver
• Experience driving in winter or snowy conditions (training provided)
• Education and Qualification
• Certifications or training related to passenger transport or safe driving
• Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in unexpected situations
• Language Skills
• Conversational level or above in Japanese

Employment Terms and Condition
Contract Period & Renewal
• Contract Period: 11/16/2026 - 3/30/2027
• Contract renewal: Applicable
• Reason of Renewal:
• Employee’s work performance and attitude.
• Company’s business demands.
Duty, Work Location & Scope of Changes
• Duty: may be changed as determined by the company
• Initial Work Location: one of the company’s properties in Niseko Area, Hokkaido
• Scope of changes: company properties in Niseko Area, Rusutsu or Furano.
• Training may be conducted at other location.
• Employees may be required to work at different properties based on operational needs.
• The initial assignment will be determined by the company.
Commuting & Workplace policy
• Private Vehicle Commuting: Not permitted
• Measures to prevent passive smoking: indoor smoking prohibited
Working hours, Days off & Overtime
• Working hours / Shift schedule: Up to 8 hours between 06:00 to 22:00
• Days off: two days off per week (based on shift schedule)
• Overtime: Yes
• Monthly Average Overtime Hours: 10 hours per month
• 36-Article Agreement (overtime): Applicable (Due to seasonal factors and a high concentration of orders from general customers, periods of increased workload are expected)
Salary Package / Benefit
• Salary: 2,100 yen / per hour ~
