About this role
The Contra Costa Youth Continuum of Services (CCYCS) is a program of Contra Costa Health Services - Housing and Homeless Services Division, in partnership with Heluna Health that provides drop-in services, interim shelter, and transitional housing for homeless and at-risk youth ages 18 to 24. The guiding philosophy of CCYCS services is that every youth has strengths and the ability to make positive changes in their lives.
