About this role
Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist provides day-to-day support to multiple hospital departments. The Human Resources Generalist will carry out her/his duties by adhering to the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct, acting in the best interest of Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District, and fully supporting the mission, vision, and values of Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District. The Human Resources Generalist will have knowledge of all areas of healthcare human resources and have demonstrated the ability to interact, relate to, work with, and support the activities of a diverse workforce.
