About this role
The Mortgage Administrator provides end to end mortgage support by delivering professional, responsive service to People’s Group broker partners while maintaining complete, well organized mortgage files. Ensures all mortgage and client information is accurately verified, documentation meets policy and compliance requirements, and outstanding conditions are proactively followed up through effective pipeline management. Collaborates closely with underwriters, managers, business development teams, and legal partners to identify escalations, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth file progression and closing.
