We’re seeking a hands-on, motivated Production Lead to support our baking, mixing, packaging, and mail order operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading others, and is passionate about food quality and team development. As a Production Lead, you’ll assist the Shift Supervisor in guiding a team of 10–15 team members through daily production, packaging, and seasonal fulfillment tasks. You’ll help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness—while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
