Position Summary: The Manager of IT Service Delivery is a hands-on leader responsible for daily operations, staffing, service quality, escalations, and direct supervision of the Infrastructure and Helpdesk/Desktop teams. This role supports Windows and Mac platforms, M365, Azure, AWS, Fortinet networking, telecommunications, Audio/Visual, endpoint, cloud, network, and related infrastructure services while translating Director priorities into operational execution, reporting, project coordination, and timely risk escalation.
