ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to plan and execute internal and external events that support employee engagement, talent branding, and client experience in the BPO setting. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong organizational skills, and can deliver high-quality events aligned with business goals and company culture.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the planning and coordination of site-level employee engagement and client events
• Support logistics including venue setup, supplier coordination, and material preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams for event requirements, attendance, and communications
• Monitor and track event-related expenses and vendor deliverables
• Provide on-site support during event execution to ensure smooth flow
• Gather post-event feedback and assist in creating basic recap reports

QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Qualification/s
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
Professional Qualification/s
• At least 1 year of experience in event coordination, preferably in the BPO or corporate setting
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Google Workspace, and event planning tools
Work Conditions
• Can be assigned to any of the following sites of Quantrics: Taytay, San Mateo, or Naga (depending on business need)
• Travel is not required but not limited to other sites, depending on event need.
• Working hours may vary depending on the event schedule.
