Report all unsafe acts and H\&S/Quality issues immediately Comply with all GMPs and Quality Procedures. Maintain good housekeeping and proper, legible production logs Ensure the highest level of finished product quality. Responsible for process procedures for the line Operate production line/support equipment; perform set-ups/changeovers. Lead/guide associates. Follow production schedule, minimizing downtime, waste, and supply usage. Complete line inspections/paperwork Collaborate with supervisor to meet daily productivity/recovery goals Communicate ideas for equipment/cost-saving modifications Support new employee training
