About this role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new/re hire information or changes in employment status.
• Own the employee personnel file transition from paper to electronic.
• Regularly update the employee work records.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Director and Generalist.
• Demonstrate professional and quality customer service.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Helps new employees with new hire packets, onboarding, and adjusting to company culture.
• Help Benefits Specialist in the distribution of employee uniforms.
• Payroll Change Notice (PCN) tracking and verification.
• Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum two years clerical/administrative experience in a similar sized organization.
• Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette.
• Must be proficient with MS Office.
• Must have good written communication skills.
• Previous Human Resources experience is preferred, but will train the right person.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates Degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required)
• Must be reliable.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming Driver's License.
