About this role
• Responsible for keeping the entities on the forefront of technology and for reviewing various software and hardware platforms and packages to enhance business operations.
• Establish procedures for the overall and day to day operations of the IT Department.
• Good Communication skills and the ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced and goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in verbal and written format.
• Provide guidance and direction to the IT personnel and consultants to ensure that system integrity is maintained through backups, virus detection and firewall protection.
• Maintain license agreements with various software vendors and assure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Negotiate contracts, installations and training software/hardware vendors as directed.
• Review needs of various business entities and plans for business solutions and future technology implementations.
• Maintain open communication with various entity management to ensure that the technology currently in place is meeting their requirements.
• Provide information, update, and reports on the operation of the IT departments to the CEO.
• Keep appraised of industry trends and changes with respect to technology
• Observes and evaluates employee's performance, make corrections when necessary.
• Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services.
• Interprets, communicates, and enforces work procedures and company policies.
• Accurately completes detailed shift reports, incident reports, any other reports required.
• Ensures compliance with all MICS, procedures, policies of the department.
• Supports casino management team in development of customer business by being involved in brainstorming, suggesting ideas and solutions, and providing ongoing feedback.
• Demonstrate decision-making and problem resolution by efficiently handling disputes.
• As a working manager assists when and where necessary.
• Meet with Supervisors, reviews staffing, problem solving, implementations, etc.
• Maintains supplies and communicates effectively with employees.
• Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
• Works effectively with all casino personnel.
• Present at all mandatory trainings.
• Present and conducts regular staff meetings.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
• All other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age
• Adjust to a flexible schedule and be reliable.
• Must be available 24/7
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Required to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
• Must have ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events at times.
• Must have ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes while maintaining composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances.
• Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming Driver's License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
