About this role
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Generalist is to assist an established HR department with daily operations. The responsibilities involve from employee onboarding and recruitment to payroll and compliance. The Human Resources generalists are relied on for the detail-oriented process and interpersonal skill to help administer various HR initiatives for internal and external personnel and for maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
