About this role
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support youth in crisis • Facilitate a comfortable community alternative for inpatient youth • Collaborate with program psychiatry team to provide youth with effective coping strategies, better understanding of their struggles, and thoughtful after-care planning • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field • VT Licensure Preferred (Licensed MSW, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Counselor, etc.) • Full-time • Starting Salary $55,000 - $65,000 • Employer 403(b) Retirement Plan • Paid Time off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays) • Tuition Reimbursement • BCBS Medical • Prescription Medication Coverage • Low/High Plans with Delta Dental • Vision • Medical/Dependent Care FSA • Disability
