NFI North is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 12 Bed- Residential Treatment and Day Program located in Bradford, New Hampshire. This program specializes in providing Transitional Housing Serves (THS) for adults living with severe and persistent Mental Illness.

THS Bradford Community Residential Program augments our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). The participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent home-like living.

Responsibilities: The RN is responsible for assisting our psychiatrist and medical team with the planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care for our program participants. They provide direct medical and psychiatric nursing care, medical assessment of program participants, medical documentation and record keeping, medication administration and are responsible for managing the program's medical supplies. In addition to working weekdays in a team environment, the nurse will have minimal on-call responsibilities to answer medical type questions after hours a needed. The RN should be able or willing to be a CPR/First Aid Trainer.

Qualifications: Degree from accredited School of Nursing must hold NH, RN License and experience with the program population is preferred.
