About this role
Position Summary: The Reception Desk Attendant is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to members, guests and prospects of the facility, as well as membership information, enrollment procedures, ongoing customer satisfaction and membership recruitment and retention. The Reception Desk Attendant ensures that everyone entering the Wellness Center is greeted with a smile and exceptional customer service to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
