About this role
Leads and directs the credit analyst team. Collaborates with business bankers to analyze the financial condition of borrowers and properly structure loan requests and financial covenants. Prepares LPS with support from the business banker while insuring compliance with the Loan Policy; identifies and tracks exceptions; identifies proper risk ratings for each relationship. Promotes the Bank and its products and services with prompt, efficient and courteous service in an effort to develop ongoing, long-term customer relationships.
