The Site Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of the facility, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people (SQDCP). This role leads day-to-day site execution, drives alignment to S&OP objectives, and builds a disciplined, high-performance culture through strong shop floor management and leadership presence. The Site Manager is accountable for operational execution, team development, continuous improvement, and financial performance of the site.
