About this role
The Line Maintenance Manager reports to the Director of MX. The Line Maintenance Manager is responsible for the supervision of all maintenance activities at Honolulu and outlying stations pertaining to aircraft maintenance. This role ensures proper manpower allocation, supports flight schedule adherence, and ensures maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The position provides operational leadership to Line Supervisors and frontline maintenance staff.
