Responsibilities
• Participate in the proposal process and help support the implementation, administration and management of client projects.
• Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, templates, PowerPoint presentations and correspondence with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Support the delivery of high-quality client service to ensure client needs and are responded to in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• Tailor documents to meet specific requirements, including text and graphic representation of summarized information and communication materials
• Enter, review and maintain client records in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
• Review upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team: coordinate logistics and flow of work to specific team members for review/signature
• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence and deadlines. This may include but is not limited to:
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Record minutes at various meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly
• Assist in the creation of presentations
• Create, maintain and update spreadsheets
• Maintain paper and electronic paper filing systems
• Support leader(s) through calendar and travel management, invoicing and A/R
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses and industry through experiential learning with clients
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
• Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership
• The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be to provide support to the Regina Office, while also extending assistance to other offices throughout the province
Skills and Experience
• Related post-secondary education in administration is an asset
• Minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience
• Previous experience working in a partnership or professional services firm is considered an asset
• Strong client service focus in dealing with both external and internal clients
• Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Some travel may be required
