About this role
Background Mercy Corps is part of a consortium implementing the EU-funded program “Empowering Vulnerable Communities in West, South, and South-East Afghanistan for Climate Resilience and Economic Stability”. The program aims to build climate-resilient value chains, enhance market access, promote financial inclusion, and strengthen disaster risk management in targeted provinces, including Kandahar and Helmand. To ensure accountability and learning, high-quality data collection is essential for monitoring progress toward program outcomes. This requires field-based enumerators to collect timely, accurate, and complete data in accordance with the MCA policies and the program Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework.
