What you will do:
Set up and maintain Workday's Advanced Comp features, including bonus plans, merit cycles, and eligibility rules. Act as the principal subject matter expert in Workday Compensation, owning solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and governance.Prepare, manage, and run our annual global compensation processesReview and implement new Workday features with strong focus on automation and optimized user experienceTroubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues in both Compensation and HCM, ensuring operational continuity during critical cyclesContribute to Workday reporting and analytics, with a focus on CompensationWork with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processesSupport the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests and implementation in productionAnalyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration and suggest new enhancementsEnsure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and create reports/dashboards for leadership decision-making.Maintain security domains and security groups, including assignments to usersBuild audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies and establish plans to address themCoordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure a shared governance and alignment among all modules.Act as functional expert and operational contact to provide user supportMaintain documentation for employees, managers, HR and the Workday teamAssist in the development of a change process, communication and trainingConduct monthly HR Community meeting and weekly meeting with regional HR referentsTicket management (bugs, questions, evolutions) Qualifications:
Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst, specializing in the Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.Experience configuring and managing compensation and performance management processesYou’re a true explorer: Workday Community has no secret for you!A good understanding of HR processes and ability to maintain confidential informationProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in an international environmentA customer service mindset and approachAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamExpertise in compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity). Analytical, tech-savvy and data-driven mindsetAbility to translate complex business requirements into system configurations.Knowledge of Core HCM, reporting, and security within Workday.What Gameloft Bucharest can offer you?
