About this role
The Senior Account Manager manages and leads the day-to-day relationship for their assigned clients. The Account Manager focuses their efforts to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and with a minimal amount of disruption to daily activity of client or company. An Account Manager is required to employ a range of thinking and decision-making skills, such as “what if,” “critical” and “judicious” approaches to client issues and initiatives. The Account Manager is essentially the project manager on client projects and thus must demonstrate an ability to organize workload and workflow.
