About this role
Manages various aspects of Human Resources functions under the direction of the Associate Director and Sr. Vice President of Human Resources to include recruitment, employee relations and benefit administration. Overseas the daily workflow of the HR Department, including special projects and events. Must have extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws, expertise across all HR Disciplines (Recruitment, Retention, Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, FMLA, DEIB, Training, and Worker’s Compensation), and align the HR initiatives with strategic business objectives providing solutions for both employees and managers.
