About this role
Position Summary The Community Health Nurse Clinical Practice Support will report to the Nurse Practice Consultant and provide in-field coaching and mentorship to Community Health Nurses and other allied healthcare staff including the development and support of community based programs. This includes preceptorship as well as ongoing mentorship, practice support and participation with evaluation. Completes Quality Management activities for NPC and ISC staff.
