About this role
Responsible for developing and executing test plans, procedures, and protocols for complex electromechanical systems such as robotic arms and unmanned ground vehicles. Develops requirements, selects test equipment, and provides ongoing support and improvements in the course of product development, production and/or testing. Conducts testing of robotic machines, utilizing their embedded control software systems. Able to troubleshoot devices that span the mechanical, electrical, and control system domains, typical of robotic systems. Has the ability to lead robot testing projects of moderate to high complexity and to work in a highly-collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
