About this role
The steward’s main responsibility is to effectively manage handle and clean equipment and smallware's including, but not limited to silverware, glassware, china and kitchen equipment. Stewards must maintain a working knowledge of Food & Beverage as it pertains to health standards and a general knowledge of the Callaway Property. The Stewards’ position may also require the proper transport of prepared food and beverages from one outlet to another. The stewards' position handles the overall cleanliness and storage of all kitchen and storage areas. These duties include sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, operating a dishwasher and maintaining a clean work environment.
