About this role
Supervisors are trained operators who assist the Operations Manager in ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of an area through training, weekly inservices, required audits, and maintaining cleanliness of their area while providing excellent Guest Service. Supervisors train, direct, and oversee the activities of those assigned to their area. Supervisors work outdoors in all weather conditions and often perform physically demanding tasks, including successful communication with guests and team members in both positive and stressful situations. Supervisors train, direct and oversee the activities of team members and Team Leads assigned to their area. Supervisors work outdoors in all weather conditions and often perform physically demanding tasks.
