About this role

In charge of HR general, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management under assigned scope.

1. Talent Acquisition

Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, test (if any), interviewing, and hiring…following Recruitment Policy.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and support their transition into the organization.Support in employer branding when needed2. Talent Development

Monitor training program according to assignment from line manager.Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.Monitor training evaluation, feedback forms, action plans and follow-upMaintain updated training record3. Employee Engagement

Execute employee engagement programs aimed at improving workplace satisfaction and retention.Conduct regular surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups to assess employee morale and needs.Promote a culture of recognition, collaboration, and inclusivity.4. Performance Management

Support in the annual performance review process.Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement, coaching, and feedback practices when needed.Ensure performance standards and KPIs are aligned with business objectives.5. Organizational Structure

Maintain updated organizational charts, job descriptions, and role definitions.Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR and organizational decisions.6. HR Report

Conduct HR report as per assignmentMaintain report up to date and ready for review At least 3-year experience in the same role in FDI companies.Bachelor in Human Resources, Business & Administration Management preferred.English level: Intermediate in 4 skillsCreativity as a problem solver and out of the box thinker.Hard work, proactive, open minded, responsive, well organized, time management, cautious and honest.Teamwork, high responsibility.Good at computer skillGood at design tool is an advantage.
