About this role
We’re looking for a highly execution-oriented AVP, Learning & Development to build and scale impactful learning and talent programs across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who enjoys both shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to design content, deliver programs, and drive results. You’ll act as a working program leader, owning initiatives end-to-end—from identifying needs to building solutions, delivering training, and measuring impact. This role plays a critical part in strengthening manager capability, improving performance, and elevating employee engagement across the business.
