YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, with main focus on Spanish PayrollYou ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processesYou collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve payroll issuesYou prepare and validate reports, audits, and statutory declarations in alignment with local regulationsYou identify process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll operationsYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You bring 1+ years of experience in international payroll, with strong expertise in Spanish payroll processes and legislationEducation You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related fieldTechnical Skills You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday)Language You are fluent in English and Spanish both written and spokenWHAT WE OFFER
