YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You handle client requests via phone and email in a timely, service-oriented, and professional manner
You assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including proposing alternative options when required
You ensure a high standard of service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
You listen actively to identify and fully understand client needs
You provide prompt, clear, and commercially minded responses
You read and understand invoices and carry out basic accounting tasks
