About this role
For the product cluster Fluid Handling Solutions within BA IEMEA, you:
lead the E2E SIOP process and ensure the short/ mid term SC planning and its operational execution (on an 18 months time horizon)involve all relevant functions (segments/ verticals, operations units, supply chain, controlling)ensure full transparency and alignment within the BA along the complete process and across BAs, where requiredstrive to achieve the agreed service level for each segment/ vertical, supporting the sales, Ebit & WoC targets of the BAoptimize the utilization of production capacities and inventory structures, while considering and adjusting to R&O'syou ensure & follow-up on the agreed staregy, tactics & measureslead the product cluster related plant SCM unitsTo operate the E2E SIOP process you are supported by & closely collaborate with the "SIOP Operations Team".
Degree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business (university / university of applied science)Several years of professional experience in Supply chain Planning, E2E SIOP operations (good cross-functional knowledge)Experience in design of SCM processes and in SCM tools and methods, in particular familiarity with the supply chain planning areaSolid SAP know-howLeadership experience >5 years and on BA/segment level (or comparable)Strong communication, facilitation & moderation skills, in a highly operational & dynamic contextSuccessful working experience in an international organization/ contextHigh level of customer orientationenglish language skills on C-Level The well-being of our employees is important to us.
