About this role
The SOO/Desk Officer must maintain formal communications; draft and coordinate responses and approvals for technical operations; and maintain knowledge of customer systems. They will resolve operational issues, utilize tools to advance operations, maintain US Government contacts, coordinate legal and policy matters, and monitor field cable and email traffic. The candidate also provides logistics support, ensuring program products are ordered, received, packed, and shipped on time. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; be self-motivated; and adapt to customer requirements in a fast-paced environment. The officer will work independently and as part of a team.
